2. Definitions
Company / We / Us / Our: paybycal (owner/operator of paybycal.com).
User / You / Participant: The individual enrolling in or using the Program.
Program: The Water Fasting coaching, recorded videos, downloadable guides, and
online resources delivered via the platform.
3. Eligibility
Participants must be at least 18 years old. By enrolling you confirm you are physically, mentally, and medically fit to undertake water fasting. If you doubt your fitness, consult a licensed healthcare professional before participating.
4. Health Disclaimer
The Program provides educational content only and does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Water fasting can be risky for certain individuals, including but not limited to those who are:
- Diabetic or on insulin/medication that requires food intake
- Pregnant or breastfeeding
- Living with eating disorders
- Suffering from chronic medical conditions
- Undergoing treatment that requires regular nutrition
You must consult a licensed physician prior to starting any fasting regimen. By enrolling you accept responsibility for your health decisions and agree that the Company is not liable for adverse outcomes related to fasting.
5. Program Access & Use
After successful enrollment and payment, you will receive access to the Program materials (videos, downloads, and related resources).
- Access is personal, non-transferable, and for personal, non-commercial use only.
- Sharing credentials, reselling, redistributing, recording, or otherwise republishing the content is strictly prohibited.
- We may suspend or terminate access for violations without refund.
6. Payments & Refunds
All payments are subject to the purchase terms listed at checkout. Unless a specific written refund policy is displayed at the time of purchase, payments for the Program are final and non-refundable. We reserve the right to change pricing and offers at any time.
7. Intellectual Property
All content (videos, text, images, audio, guides, software) is the intellectual property of paybycal or licensed partners. You may not copy, record, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, paybycal will not be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Program, including but not limited to injury, illness, medical expenses, hospitalization, or loss of income. 11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate participant access for policy violations, misuse of content, or suspicious/fraudulent activity. Termination may be done without refund where appropriate.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Maharashtra, India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai.
