Scope
This policy describes shipping, delivery, and exchange processes for physical products, starter kits, printed materials, or any tangible goods sold alongside the Water Fasting Program. If you purchased a purely digital product (videos, downloads), shipping terms do not apply.
1. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
- We ship within India using trusted couriers. Typical processing time is 1–3 business days from order confirmation.
- Domestic delivery time (after dispatch) usually ranges from 3–7 business days depending on location and courier.
- Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, courier issues, or unforeseen events.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping charges (if any) will be displayed at checkout and depend on weight, destination, and chosen shipping method. We may offer free shipping promotions which will be applied automatically where eligible.
3. Tracking & Delivery
- Once your order ships, we will provide a tracking number via email.
- Please inspect the package upon delivery. If damaged, refuse delivery and contact us immediately.
4. Exchanges & Returns
We accept exchanges for defective or incorrect items under these conditions:
- Request an exchange within 7 days of delivery.
- Item must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging (unless damaged in transit).
- Provide order details and photos of the item and packaging to support the claim.
For approved exchanges, we will provide a prepaid return label or instructions. Once we receive the returned item and confirm the issue, replacement shipment will be dispatched.
5. Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene or safety (e.g., opened consumables, sealed supplements, or personalized goods). We will state such exceptions in the product description at purchase.
6. Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your shipment is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us immediately with your order ID and photos. We will coordinate with the courier and either reship the item or provide a refund/credit per our review.
