We want you to be satisfied with your enrollment. This policy explains how cancellations, refunds, and credits are handled for the Water Fasting Program, including video access, downloads, and any bundled materials.
1. Cancellation
- If you wish to cancel your enrollment before program access is granted, please contact us immediately using the details below.
- Once access to program videos or downloadable materials has been granted, the enrollment is considered delivered and cannot be cancelled for a full refund (see refund rules below).
2. Refunds
Unless otherwise specified at the time of purchase, payments for the Water Fasting Program are final and non-refundable. However, at our discretion we may consider a partial refund or credit in specific situations, such as:
- Duplicate payment confirmed by transaction records.
- Recent technical failure that prevented access and could not be resolved within a reasonable time.
Requests for refunds must be submitted within 7 days of purchase and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If we approve a refund, any payment processing fees charged by third-party payment providers may be deducted.
3. Credits & Transfers
At our discretion, we may offer account credit or exchange for another program or future session instead of a cash refund. Credits are non-transferable and expire as specified in the credit notice, or after 3 months if not specified.
4. Exceptions
We may make exceptions for statutory consumer rights in certain jurisdictions. This policy does not affect your legal rights where consumer protection laws apply.
